Trip Planning Information

Prepare for your covered wagon adventure into pristine Grand Teton & Yellowstone backcountry.

Transportation

Pickup: Monday morning pickup at 9:00 AM from any Jackson motel.

Drop Off: Thursday afternoon return to Jackson around 4:30 PM.

The Jackson Hole Airport is located ten minutes from Jackson Hole. Jackson is serviced by Skywest, Delta, United, Northwest and American Airlines. Connections can be easily made in Salt Lake City, Denver, Dallas and Chicago. Many of our guests have also flown into Salt Lake City, Utah or Idaho Falls, Idaho and have enjoyed seeing the surrounding area driving to Jackson Hole. Most folks like to spend a few days in Jackson either before or after their Wagon Train tour with us. We also have an Outdoor Adventure Travel Package available that will make your stay in Jackson Hole even more exciting and easy to plan!

If making your own arrangements, plan to arrive in Jackson Hole by Sunday evening at the latest. On Monday morning, our bus and a cowboy will meet you at any Jackson motel at approximately 9 a.m. to transport you into the pristine country nestled between Yellowstone and Teton National Parks. We will arrive back in Jackson at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Thursday afternoon. We would be happy to make hotel reservations for you or we would be happy to make some recommendations. We encourage guests to make reservations as soon as possible as Jackson Hole is a very popular summer destination.
